EXCHANGE / RETURN
We do everything we can to provide you with a perfect product. If the order nevertheless does not meet your expectations, you have the right to exchange or return the order within 7 days of receipt.
- Please report the return shipment in advance and within 7 days after delivery by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state the reason for the return. If you want to exchange for a different size and/or color, please state this clearly, so that we can check whether the item is in stock and reserve it for you immediately. You will be notified about this.
- We cannot take back or exchange the items if: The items no longer have the original packaging and the original labels are attached The items have been worn or washed You have tried to repair a defect yourself You have not followed the instructions for use
- In the context of the possibility of exchanging items, we kindly but urgently ask you to try on onesies, etc. over your own underwear. If this does not happen, return shipment will not be approved.
- Send the return well packaged, with sufficient postage and in its original condition, including labels to:

- The costs of return:
- are fully borne by the customer if you wish to return the shipment and get the money refunded
- come to JOF if we have delivered the wrong product or if the fault lies with us in some other way.
- The customer remains responsible for these goods until receipt of the goods by JOF.
- JOF has the right to charge costs in the event of damage or transport damage caused by you to returned items.
- As soon as the return shipment has been received, checked and approved, we will send you the new item as soon as possible in the event of an exchange, shipping costs are for the account of the customer.
- If you do not want a replacement item, we will transfer the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) to your account within 10 days. Please do not forget to mention your account number.
- If no shipping costs have been charged for an order above 70 euros, these costs will be charged when returning all products. The amount of the returned products will be refunded to your account less the shipping costs within 10 days.
- All personal data will be used exclusively by JOF and will never be sold to third parties. Your data will only be made available to third parties, if necessary for payment transactions and the execution and delivery of the order. Our employees and third parties engaged by us are obliged to observe the confidentiality of the data.
- Personal data is included in JOF's customer database. We can then inform you about new collections and/or interesting offers. Also, data about the use of the site and the feedback we receive from our visitors help us to further develop and improve our site.
- Customers are obliged to inform JOF of any change of address. You are deemed to be living at the last known address and are therefore liable for items ordered by you that are delivered to this address and therefore also for the payment of these items. In the event that damage occurs for JOF in connection with lost items and/or income due to failure to change address, you authorize JOF to automatically request your data from the municipal population administration by placing an order.
- In order to provide you with a good service, some cookies are placed on your computer via our site. This way we recognize you during a follow-up visit. The data is stored on your own computer in these cookies and is therefore not used for other purposes.
